We had some great architecture to work with here and the finishes came out with a clean look that really captures the essence of the home. These modern concrete looks are stunning when set in the right place and the homeowners were very receptive to the guidance from our main foreman.

INTERIOR & EXTERIOR MICROTOPPING - HOLLYWOOD HILLS

This was an existing home that was remodeled. We were recommended by a high-end interior designer to go in and redo their floors and some hardscape around the property with as little disruption to the existing finish as possible…WE NAILED IT. We microtopped over tile that the owners did not like and did an exterior microtopping over concrete giving them a finished product that not only worked with their interior design finishes but completed the exterior ambiance as well.

INTERIOR MICROTOPPING - MANHATTAN BEACH

This client is an interior designer herself! When she brought us her vision, we knew we could achieve her goals. We microtopped with a light grey concrete, what we call Modern Grey. We love this modern, unique, minimalistic look.

This was a complete modernization of an older existing home in the Hollywood Hills. Our crews helped transform this project inside and out to give it newness for the next 25 years.

The designers and contractor for this project came to us because they did not want to remove the stone tile and mortar below it. No one would know that this tile floor was below our finished floor as it is seamless and made the home look even bigger than it is.

These owners had an existing tile floor and did not know that we could go over the tile surface without demo and removal. We were able to go right up against the existing island and walls and other fixed furnishings flawlessly.

Exterior steps and driveway - Orrville Ave - Woodland Hills

This home had an outdated look to it that the homeowners wanted to change. They didn't have a real direction and needed our help coming up with something that set this house apart from the rest of the block. We collaborated with a high-end electrition which resulted in the looks you see. These homeowners actually have strangers knock on their door and ask who did the work.
